Brenten, one of many roadside turnout acquaintances ready to take flight in the fierce winds on the way to Big Sur. I try to build rapport with drivers so they may be more inclined to 'share the road'. Lots of close calls on these narrow winding hills as vacationers head out for the weekend. I chased one of them for 3 miles before giving up... glad I'm not packing heat or the roadside would be riddled with charred remains of SUV's and rented motorhomes... could hike insurance rates...
